Registration Office at Heartlands

To make an appointment please telephone the Registration Information Service on 0300 1234 181 between the hours Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm.

In the case of an emergency outside of the above hours telephone 0500 260 999. Your call will be answered by the Fire Control centre.

Please note that a request for a copy certificate will not be considered an emergency.
