Conference Hire

The Chi an Bobel is a flexible facility for corporate hire at Heartlands and offers the Great Hall, three meeting rooms and the magnificent Glass Atrium with stunning views of Carn Brea. 

This unique state of the art building, showcases green technology with a low carbon footprint and is designed to BREEAM Excellence.

Chi An Bobel Great Hall

the largest of our conference rooms, the Chi Hall is a versitile room, with a wooden floor, and ample natural light. The room is equipped with a ceilnig mounted projector, screen and PA system, including microphones.

Delegates: 50 to 200

Tin room

Located on the ground floor, the Tin conference room, seats up to 50 occupants with a range of layout options available.

Copper room

Located on the first floor (lift access available), the Copper room is suitable for up to 30 delegates, with a range of layout options available.

Equipment / Facilities

Ceiling mounted projectors, free superfast wi-fi, conference calling, and white boards are included in the room hire price. Flip charts are available to hire for £10 each.


We take food and drink seriously at Heartlands. Our menus are seasonal, using the finest local produce, all prepared in-house by our chefs and delivered with a seamless professional service. Our menus can be viewed here
