The Chi an Bobel is a flexible facility for corporate hire at Heartlands and offers the Great Hall, three meeting rooms and the magnificent Glass Atrium with stunning views of Carn Brea.
This unique state of the art building, showcases green technology with a low carbon footprint and is designed to BREEAM Excellence.

Tin room
The largest of our conference rooms, available to seat up to 70 occupants with a range of layout options available.
Copper room
Available to seat up to 35 occupants with a range of layout options available.
Silver room
Available to seat up to 20 occupants with a range of layout options available.
Equipment / Facilities
Ceiling mounted projectors, free wi-fi, conference calling, and white boards are included in the room hire price. Flip charts are available to hire for £10 each.
Hospitality
We take food and drink seriously at Heartlands. Our menus are seasonal, using the finest local produce, all prepared in-house by our chefs and delivered with a seamless professional service.
