Wheal Play & Family Activities

Wheal Play is a bright and colourful soft play centre, with a cheery team dedicated to providing you with a fantastic experience.

Opening hours: Monday to Sunday.

Play sessions are 9-11am, 11.30–1.30pm and 2–4pm

We provide a safe place for your children to play, giving you time to relax. We’re open all year round. Come and play!

Heartlands, was born out of the former mining complex at Robinson’s Shaft in the village of Pool, part of the mining heart of Cornwall.

Open Monday to Sunday 10–4pm

The Camborne and Redruth area that surrounds Heartlands was designated World Heritage Site status in 2006 by UNESCO as part of the Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape.

Heart Festival – Charity Fundraiser

Here at Heartlands, we are working with Phoenix Events to organise a charity fundraising event on Sunday 25th July, 2pm-10pm. Heart Festival will be raising money to add some much-needed inclusive play equipment to our adventure playground, to ensure all needs and disabilities are catered for, including wheelchair access.

Heart Festival will include:

Live music from great local talent
Children’s rides
Face painting
Raffles
A bar
Hot and cold food
Stalls
And much more !!!!!

The event is FREE ENTRY, however all donations throughout the day will be greatly appreciated and all the funds will go towards the cause.
