31st January 2023 – 9am-12pm, followed by a complimentary lunch
Are you interested in local history? Do you have mining connections? Do you want to see an improved exhibition space? ‘Returning the stories & Looking to the Future’ is a FREE event.
Hear the words that amplify the history of the South Crofty mine, its men, and its community. See original artwork that illustrates this history at risk of being forgotten and lost. Celebrate an inter-generational coming together in the co-creation of living history. ‘Returning the Stories’ is a collaboration of Plymouth University and Heartlands, thanks to funding from Cultivator.
After ‘Returning the Stories’, find out about the future plans for our heritage exhibition at Heartlands. Join our ‘Looking to the Future’ consultation for the chance to have your say. We are keen to hear your feedback, which will help steer the future of exhibition space.
Spaces are limited. Pre-booking is essential: admin@heartlandscornwall.com 01209707300
